Shipping costs are ours to exchange and return transactions with defective / damaged / incorrectly sent. The shipments that we have to cover should only take place with the contracted shipping company, Surat Cargo.
Shipments sent against us from other shipping companies are not accepted.
Upon return of the product, after obtaining approval from product inspection, your money will be refunded by adhering to your payment method.
- If you paid by debit / credit card, the refund will be returned to your card within 7 working days.
